This was the left over chicken and stock from last night.
I pulled apart the rest of the chicken from the roasted chicken last night. Put it in the chicken stock
Poured about 4 cups of water into the stock. and turned on the slow cooker on low and set it for 7 hours.
2 hours later broccoli, cauliflower and carrots were added
1 hour later 2 cups of macaroni noodles were added
And presto chango the best chicken noodle soup you will ever taste.
1 4oz can of tuna in oil or water
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
Salt and pepper to tast3
1 cup of sticky rice. Salt helps make the rice sticky
Divide rice into four equal portions
Using plastic wrap form a little ball with half of one of the portions of rice. Make a well in the middle using your thumb.
Spoon enough tuna mixture to fill the well generously.
Put the rest of the portion of rice over the top and form into a ball. Repeat 3 more times.
2 balls equals one serving. Serve with salad.
Nice light dinner.
I packet of bratwurst sausages
1 large sliced white onion
2 jars of korma curry sauce
1 can of coconut milk
Dried Chili flakes to taste
3 cups of cooked rice
Cut sausages into bite sized pieces. Place that in a large zip lock bag with 1 jar of korma curry sauce. Seal and refrigerate over night. Fry onions until just softened. Add the sausage mix and cook until the sausages are fully cooked. Add can of coconut milk and the remaining jar of korma sauce. Stir until combined. Add chili flakes to taste. Serve over cooked rice.
