I am a foodie, I love food and I love to cook. Fortunately for me, my husband loves to eat. I make a lot of things from scratch but I also “cheat” (use boxed or quick fixes) every now and then. I obviously prefer to make things from scratch but like everyone else I don’t always have the time. There are quite a few cheats I use that help improve the boxed or quick fixes and sometimes you would be hard pushed to even tell that they are not homemade.
Recently, I have gotten into the bullet journal craze that is happening all around us. I have to tell you that the daily, weekly and monthly schedules have gone an awful long way to helping me stay on track. I don’t even know how I used to manage everything without one.
